JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) :
JOAD is a national program to develop the sport of competitive archery at the grass roots level. The program has direct links and is overseen and partially funded by the United States Olympic Committee. The program focuses on the development of youth archers. Many of the clubs offer programs focused on adults as well.
